A roasted vegetable stack – gluten and meat free!
We have carefully and individually roasted zucchini, eggplant, pumpkin, capsicum, sweet potato and sauteing mushrooms, onion and garlic, then stacking them all together with mid section of fetta and covering them in a Napoli sauce topped with the sweet sticky mozzarella cheeses.
All cooked in a wood-fired oven.
Re-heat and serve with your choice of side dish
